New Report: Offshore Transmission Strategy for Massachusetts

The Massachusetts DOER (Department of Energy Resources) commissioned a study by the Analysis Group about possibilities and suggestions for an offshore transmission network.  The report was based off of the Draft Ocean Energy Management Plan that MA has been developing, and includes a number of different suggestions of how to develop the infrastructure necessary to facilitate the development of Offshore Wind in the next 10 to 15 years in order to meet MA’s RPS goals.
